Emme é uma garota forte, de bem com a vida ,que conquistou seu lugar no mundo e que está muito bem ,obrigada e alem de tudo passa suas noites deliciosamente com Axel, um dos seus chefes no bar Port. Graças a dedicação de todos,o bar está em alta ,sempre com atrações novas e festas lotadas. Emme não pára quieta em nenhum instante, está sempre em busca de novidades e pensando no que fazer para o bar ser ainda melhor .

Axel é o tipo do cara que toda mãe deseja de genro,trabalhador, carinhoso, gato, dedicado, e apaixonado.O único problema é que num momento inesperado Axel impulsivamente e prematuramente pede Emme em casamento e tudo parece sair do devido lugar. Mesmo demonstrando que entende o fato de Emme dizer que não está pronta, ele acaba esperando mais compromentimento da garota.

Só que ela está ajudando Courtney a organizar o casamento com Carter, seu outro chefe ,enquanto várias coisas estão acontecendo em sua vida e Courtney está ficando enlouquecida com a mãe exigente e com todos os preparativos.

Com tanta coisa acontecendo em sua vida, Emme não percebe que está deixando de lado algo que nunca imaginou ser tão importante em sua vida......Axel.

Seguindo o mesmo estilo de Clickbait ,com uma escrita leve e divertida, a escritora mostra como um impasse (stalemate em inglês) pode gerar tantas dúvidas , confusões e mal-entendidos. O livro é daquele tipo que você começa e não consegue largar até descobrir tudo o que vai acontecer com o casal e o que mais gostei neste volume é que as cenas de sexo são muito mais picantes que no primeiro, Axel é um cara sedento e decidido a querer mais e não deixa por menos, luta com todas as forças por aquilo em que acredita.

Um ótimo cura- ressaca com uma pegada bem sensual.

Emme is a strong girl, always funny, who has conquered her place in the world and who is very well, thanks and beyond all of that spends her nights deliciously with Axel, one of their bosses in the bar Port. Thanks to everyone's dedication, the bar is on the rise, always with new attractions and crowded parties. Emme does not have time to make a break,she is always in search of news bands and thinking what to do to make the bar even better.

The only problem is that at an unexpected moment Axel impulsively and prematurely proposed Emme and after this everything seems to get out of the right place. Axel is the kind of guy that every mother wants to be a son-in-law, hardworking, affectionate, dedicated, and passionate. Even showing that he understands the fact that Emme says that she is not ready, he ends up expecting more of the girl.

She's helping Courtney arrange the wedding with Carter, her other boss, while several things are happening in her life and Courtney is going crazy with her picky mother and all the wedding preparations.

With so much going on in her life, Emme does not realize that she's leaving out something she never imagined was so important in her life ...... Axel.

Following the same style of Clickbait, with a light and funny writing, the writer shows how an Stalemate can generate so many doubts, confusions and misunderstandings.
The book is the type you start and can not quit until you find out what will happen to the couple at the end. What I liked the most about this volume is that the sex scenes are much more spicy than the first one, Axel is a thirsty and determined guy who wants more and do not let less, fight with all his strength for what he thinks is important.

A great reading hangover cure with a very sensual way to make me sigh.
