Apaixonada por esta linda e comovente história de amor narrado em terceira pessoa sob a perspectiva de cada protagonista.
A escritora está de Parabens, pois soube dar roupagem nova aos antigos elementos mais fortes da Pequena Sereia :
A vida isolada e protegida de Ariel, seu anseio por descobrir novos horizontes, o pai rigoroso ,o silêncio de Laire ,o príncipe Erik que é um verdadeiro sonho para qualquer garota, a bruxa Ursula além dos amigos Sebastian e Patrick. Sem deixar falar aqui na forma como Katy Regnery trouxe a musicalidade do desenho animado em vários momentos da trama.

O livro conta a história de Laire e Erik em três partes, adolescentes que viram suas vidas se transformar em apenas um verão.
Na primeira parte, a escritora mostra como eles se conheceram e se apaixonaram perdidamente. Laire um garota simples e doce que vive presa na ilha com sua família e seu pai rigoroso vai trabalhar com a senhora Sebastian e numa festa conhece Erik, galã popular que se encanta por Laire mas não desafiar sua mãe Ursula Fancy e acaba escondendo o namoro de todos. Essa primeira parte é muito linda e me conectei bastante com o casal.
Na segunda parte, eles já estão separados e é basicamente o diário de Laire onde ela abre seu coração e lança toda sua frustração e tristeza pela traição do Filho do Governador. Nessa parte, apenas se apresenta tudo o que ocorre com ela depois da confusão que foi o final do relacionamento. É uma parte bem triste e onde a escritora fez questão de mostrar a importância do apoio que as garotas precisam em um momento como esse. Me apaixonei perdidamente por Judith Sebastian que foi um verdadeiro anjo para a sofrida Laire.
A terceira parte e a mais perfeita de todas . Laire já está mais resignada e forte e trabalha para uma renomada Casa de Moda Londrina. Já Erik virou um homem sério e fechado , de coração frio que não consegue se apaixonar por ninguém e não gosta muito de mulheres perto dele . A pedido da irmã Hillary vai enfrentar seu passado para tentar seguir em frente e volta para a cidade onde conheceu Laire.
O reencontro entre eles é lindo e emocionante, cheio de lágrimas , rancor e embates fortes e ao mesmo tempo cheio de amor e recordações que aos poucos vão mostrando como algumas atitudes deles no passado geraram tanto sofrimento e dor.
Amei demais a capa e passa exatamente o sentimento de Laire .
Só um detalhe para mim não fechou bem que foi Laire terminar o Felizes para Sempre dela tendo ainda uma dor no coração, afinal se estou diante de um conto de fadas quero sonhar e não a vida real, não é mesmo?
Mesmo com este detalhe recomendo demais a leitura .

In love with this beautiful and moving love story told in the third person from the perspective of each protagonist and very very very sweet.Congrats for the writer .
She knew how to give new clothes to the old strong elements of the Little Mermaid:
Ariel's isolated and protected life near the sea, her longing to discover new horizons, the strict father, the silence , Prince Erik who is a true dream for any girl, the witch Ursula, besides her friends Sebastian and Patrick. Not to mention here how Katy Regnery brought the musicality of the cartoon in several moments of the plot.

The book tells the story of Laire and Erik in three parts, teenagers who have seen their lives turn upside down just in one summer.In the first part, the writer shows how they met and fell madly in love. Laire a simple sweet girl who lives stuck on the island with her family and her strict father will work with Mrs. Sebastian and in a party knows Erik, popular and rich dude who enchants by Laire but does not want to defy his mother Ursula Fancy and ends up hiding the courtship of everybody. This first part is very beautiful and I connected quite a bit with the couple. They are perfect together.
In the second part, they are already separated and it is basically Laire's journal where she opens her heart and casts all her frustration and sorrow at the betrayal of the Governor's Son. In this part, everything that occurs with her is presented after the confusion that was the end of their relationship. It's a pretty sad part and where the writer made a point of showing the importance of the support the girls need at a time like this. I fell madly in love with Judith Sebastian who was a true angel to the suffering Laire.
The third part is the most perfect of all. Laire is already more resigned and strong and works for a renowned London Fashion House . Already Erik has become a serious guy with a cold heart that can not fall in love with anyone. At the request of Sister Hillary will face her past to try to move on and back to the city where she met Laire.
The time that they see each other again is beautiful and exciting, full of tears, rancor and strong clashes and at the same time full of love and memories that gradually show how some of their actions in the past have generated so much suffering and pain.
I loved the cover very much and it passes exactly the feeling of Laire.
Only one detail for me did not close well that it was Laire to finish the Happily Ever After of her having still a heartache, after all if I am facing a fairy tale I want to dream and not the real life, right?
Even with this detail I recommend reading too much.4/5 starsKisses, Myl
