sentimento de culpa e a redescoberta do amor. Mostra de forma doce e terna como
superar a tristeza da perda, como encontrar caminhos para o perdão e como é
impossível ser feliz sozinho .
Amei demais a história de Kennedy . Ela perdeu o grande amor
de sua vida há um ano e depois de muita insistência da cunhada, volta a cidade
natal dele para jogar suas cinzas e fazer uma homenagem ao amado. Mesmo relutante
,ela encara de frente o desafio de let him go e descobre que é mais forte do
que aparenta.
Narrado em terceira pessoas sob a perspectiva de cada
protagonista, aos poucos fui vislumbrando o panorama de como foi a morte de
Jared e de como Kennedy percebeu que ainda tinha espaço em seu coração para um
novo amor. Contando com a ajuda de novos e antigos amigos, ela relembra bons
momentos de seu passado enquanto tenta seguir em frente.
A trama não tem nada de complicada, não tem drama excessivo
mesmo com o tema de morte cercando a cada cena, tudo é bem simples e gostoso
desde a chegada de Kennedy até a percepção de que vida que continua, a natureza e os
sinais onde eles percebem a presença de Jared em cada instante em que estão
juntos.
Com personagens bem humanos e com um leve toque de humor (
destaque aqui para a irmã de Jared, Chelsea que é a alegria e o barulho em
pessoa) , a história foi me prendendo e fui me apaixonando e torcendo pelo
casal, tudo bem ao estilo romântico e cheio de amor.
Recomendadíssimo. 5/5 estrelas

shows in a sweet and tender way how to overcome the sadness of loss, how to
find ways to forgive itself and how impossible it is to be happy alone.
I loved Kennedy's story too much. She lost the great love of her life a year ago and after much insistence of her sister-in-law, returns to his hometown to throw his ashes and pay homage to the beloved. Even reluctantly, she faces the challenge of let him go and discovers she's stronger than she looks.

She lost the great love of her life a year ago and after much insistence of her sister-in-law, returns to his hometown to throw his ashes and pay homage to the beloved. Even reluctantly, she faces the challenge of let him go and discovers she's stronger than she looks.
Narrated in third person from the perspective of each protagonist, little by little I was glimpsing the scenery of how it was the death of Jared and of how Kennedy realized that she still had space in her heart for a new love. With the help of new and old friends, she recalls good moments from her past with Jared while trying to move on.
The plot is nothing complicated, it does not have excessive drama even with the theme of death surrounding each scene, everything is very simple and delicious since the arrival of Kennedy until the perception that life continues it course, the nature and the signs where they notice the presence of Jared every moment they are together.
With very human characters and a slight touch of humor (highlight here for the sister of Jared, Chelsea that is all joy and noisy in person), the story was holding me and I was falling in love and cheering for the couple, Romantic and full of love.
Highly recommended.
