Synopsis

Date three is the crucial point when things get real, which is exactly why I bounce out the door, twiddling my fingers at whatever poor boy I’ve left behind. O terceiro encontro é o ponto crucial quando as coisas se tornam reais, e é exatamente por isso que eu saio pela porta, não me importando com o pobre menino que deixei para trás. Porque se eu ficar , uma das três coisas acontecerá: ele vai professar seu amor eterno, ele ficará estranho e me perseguindo, ou eu ficarei louca. Como, Sid e Nancy, louca. Como, perseguir-lhe-através das ruas-implorando-a-ele-para-me amar loucamente.

Sério, é melhor para todos que não seja assim.

Então, quando conheci Bodie, achando que seria como sempre foi. Não importa que ele não coloque uma única amarra em mim. Não importa que ele seja engraçado e inteligente e que ele possa tocar meu corpo como um piano de cauda. Porque, apesar de ser construída para o amor, o amor apenas me esculpiu como um presunto de Natal.

A resistência é algo em que eu só posso aguentar por algum tempo, e ele tem persistência em excesso. Mas meu coração não é tão forte como eu quero acreditar, e também aparentemente nem o dele . E no instante em que eu ignorei a minha regra principal foi o instante que eu posso perdê-lo para sempre.

Mas um livro maravilhoso de Staci Hart. Nesta comédia romântica, divertidissima e bem sexy que começa graças a um lambida em uma casquinha de sorvete, conheci Penny, uma garota que se tornou Boy crazy graças um relacionamento frustrante do passado. Ela hoje só se importa em experimentar sexo com todo e qualquer tipo de rapaz sem amarras até conhecer Bodie.

Bodie é um geek ,gentil e apaixonado que aceitou o desafio de tentar conquistar o coração da dificil Penny. Para isso ele faz de tudo para que ela perceba como ele é diferente dos outros rapazes e atende todos os fetiches da garota. O relacionamento dos dois aos poucos avança como Bodie deseja mas Penny ainda não está preparada para aceitar que seu coração foi conquistado novamente e ela vai se tornar a garota boba do passado.

O livro é super hot tendo quase 70 % de cenas callientes entre o casal ,a outra parte é eles tentando a todo custo segurar a lingua e não revelar o que estão sentindo um para o outro. O grande problema é que Penny acaba deixando Bodie louco de raiva e ela vai ter que lutar muito para conseguir provar seu amor para o rapaz.

Narrado em primeira pessoa alternadamente por ele e por ela, o livro mostra a força do amor e como se deve lutar pela pessoa certa.

Adorei demais a forma como a escritora construiu a história e o final assim como foi com Tonic foi surpreendente. Penny se redime da melhor forma me fazendo suspirar bastante.

Another wonderful book by Staci Hart. In this romantic, fun and very sexy comedy that begins thanks to a lick on an ice cream cone, I met Penny, a girl who became a boy crazy thanks to a frustrating relationship from her past. She only cares about having sex with every guy with no ties .

Bodie is a geek, kind and passionate who takes the chance to made love with Penny in a crazy night and has accepted the challenge of trying to win her heart even if he needs to break his heart in the process. He plans to show her how different he is from the other guys and makes all Penny's fetishes. The relationship of the two slowly advances as Bodie wishes but Penny is not yet prepared to accept that her heart has been conquered again and she would become the silly girl of the past.

The book is super hot having almost 70% of sexy scenes between the couple, the other part is they trying to at all costs hold the tongue and not reveal what they are feeling for each other. The big problem is that Penny ends up leaving Bodie mad with rage and she's going to have to fight hard to make he beleive in her again.

I loved the way the writer built the story and the ending as it was with Tonic was amazing. Penny redeems herself the best by making me sigh a lot.
