pretendia. Em um ponto de sua vida, ela ansiava por aventura, uma jornada de diferente
... algo além da vida sem graça que ela levava. Os seus apelos foram
respondidos sob a forma de um cara alto e bonito com cabelos brancos.
Os sonhos de Alannah por um toque emocionante em sua vida
foram destruídos por causa de um erro adolescente. Um que a assombrou por mais
de cinco anos e a deixou em pedaços.
Damien Slater foi o motivo de qualquer coisa ruim na vida
daqueles que mais amava. A decisão que ele tomou quando ele tinha apenas quinze
anos destruiu a vida de seus irmãos e não havia nada que pudesse fazer para
mudar as coisas que haviam sofrido. Arruinando eles, mas arruinar a única

Fugir ajudou Damien a curar, e retornar à Irlanda só causou
mais dor a Alannah. Dor que ele pretendia erradicar e substituir com a paixão

desafio que Damien enfrentava. Outros tinham planos próprios, e suas intenções
não eram por vingança física, mas algo muito pior.

Damien e Alannah tem uma história mal-resolvida no passado e
agora Damien volta decidido a reconquistá-la, o que não será fácil pois a doce
e sonhadora garota fechou seu coração e jogou
a chave fora. Damien desta vez não desistirá tão fácil e quer provar que o que
sente por ela é verdadeiro. Alannah está confusa, sua mente não quer acreditar
em Damien mas seu coração tem outros
planos e é este dilema que acompanhei nesta forte história de amor.
No quinto livro dos irmãos Slater ,vamos entender o que
aconteceu com este casal além de rever
os casais dos livros anteriores, o que foi muito bom porque a ação não para em
nenhum momento, é um acontecimento atrás do outro quase sem dar fôlego para o
leitor.
Com uma escrita dinâmica e construindo a trama aos poucos, L.A.
Casey vai apresentando as nuances deste
casal, a força e coragem de Damien aliado a momentos de dor, humor, força, amor
e muita sensualidade.
Confesso que estava curiosíssima por este livro,
principalmente depois que revelaram a capa com esta imagem de um cara
angustiado e em conflito . O livro é surpreendente e envolvente ,não consegui
largar até saber como tudo se resolveria e no final estava leve com um grande
sorriso no rosto.

Damien and
Alannah have an unfinished story in the past and now Damien comes back
determined to regain her, which will not be easy as the sweet and dreamy girl
closed her heart and threw the key away. Damien this time will not give up so
easy and wants to prove that what he feels for her is true. Alannah is
confused, her mind does not want to believe in Damien but her heart has other
plans and it's this dilemma I followed in this strong love story.
In the
fifth book of the Slater brothers, we will understand what happened to this
couple as well as review the couples of the previous books, which was so great because the action does not stop at
any moment, it is an event after another almost without take a break by the reader.
With a
dynamic writing and building the plot slowly, L.A. Casey is presenting the
nuances of this couple, the strength and courage of Damien allied to moments of
pain, humor, strength, love and lots of sensuality.
I confess
that I was very curious about this book, especially after they revealed the
cover with this image of an anguished and conflicted guy. The book is
surprising and engaging, I could not quit until I knew how everything would
work out and at the end I was light with a big smile on my face.
