Gosto muito da escrita de Katy Regnery, ela sempre
escreve livros fofinhos e gostosos de ler, com Smiling Irish não foi diferente
. Gostei bastante do livro 1 mas esse superou e muito o primeiro principalmente
pelo suspense.
Tierney sempre foi uma garota muito tímida e mesmo
precisando abrir suas asa para voar, ela prefere seus livros e a tranquilidade de
seu emprego. Ao ajudar o misterioso Burr, ela se depara com sensações novas e emoções que até então não
conhecia.
Burr precisou mudar de vida para cumprir uma missão porem
esta missão começa a colocar em risco quem está a sua volta e ele
precisa decidir o que fazer, pois depois que conhece a doce Tierney suas
prioridades mudam e ele quer mais mesmo sem poder.
Narrado em terceira pessoa alternando o POV de cada protagonista
acompanhei a jornada emocionante deste casal. Gostei demais de como a trama foi
construída ,gostei que a escritora não precisou deixar o livro pesado para
atrair para a leitura e amei todas as emoções
que senti com o desenrolar de tudo e o final foi maravilhoso.
Sem falar nessa capa fofura que amei demais.

Review
I really like the
writing of Katy Regnery, she always writes cute and tasty books , with Smiling
Irish was no different. I liked book 1 very much but this one surpassed and the
very first one mainly by the suspense.
Tierney has always
been a very shy girl and even needing to open her wings to fly, she prefers her
books and the tranquility of her job. While helping the mysterious Burr, she is
faced with new sensations and emotions that she had not known before.
Burr needed to change
his life to fulfill a mission but this mission begins to put at risk who is
around him and he has to decide what to do, because after meeting the sweet
Tierney his priorities change and he wants more of life.
Narrated in the third
person alternating the POV of each protagonist I followed the exciting journey
of this couple. I liked too much how the plot was built, I liked that the
writer did not have to leave the book heavy to attract to the reading and I
loved all the emotions that I felt with the unfolding of everything and the end
was wonderful.
Not to mention that
cute cover that I loved too much.
