Mais um livro apaixonante do Entangled Teen Crush e desta vez superou minhas expectativas com uma história de amor envolvente além de mostrar dois jovens lutando por seus sonhos.

Jade sempre foi um gênio da matemática, menina prodígio e destaque da escola, sempre ia estudar na casa do professor que por acaso é pai do lindo e perigoso Lennon, um garoto que também é prodígio mas com a guitarra e a voz . Os dois sabem que não tem chance um com o outro, ele por querem ser estrela do rock e colocar o pé na estrada, ela por querer ir para a faculdade e publicar uma graphic novel.

O início do livro mostra como os dois encaram a última semana da escola enfrentando a pressão dos pais para seguirem carreiras estáveis e teoricamente mais promissoras, o que eles definitivamente não querem. Jade está disposta a tudo para seguir carreira desenhando e também quer ser uma nova Jade menos tímida e viver os momentos especiais da vida. É neste momento que ela e Lennon entram em conflito interno pois ambos querem imaginar que podem ter uma chance um com o outro mesmo com os caminhos opostos.

Achei fofo como a escritora traçou o caminho deles e criou uma trama leve onde mostra os dilemas típicos desta fase e como quando encontramos a pessoa certa ,tudo é possível. Me apaixonei perdidamente por Jade e Lennon separadamente e como casal também. Torci demais por eles e achei linda a aproximação deles e como conseguiram abrir o coração ao desafio de amar.

Amei a pose do casal na capa porem eles simplesmente não combinam com o casal protagonista dando a imagem de um livro NA quando na verdade é YA, deviam ter procurado modelos mais jovens.

Another entrancing book from the Entangled Teen Crush and this time overcame my expectations with an engaging love story as well as showing two teenagers struggling for their dreams.

Jade has always been a math genius, a prodigy high school student, who would always study at her teacher’s home who happens to be the father of the beautiful and dangerous Lennon, a boy who is also a prodigy but with his guitar and sweet voice. The two know that they have no chance with each other, he wants to be a rock star and put his foot on the road, she wants to go to college and publish a graphic novel.

The beginning of the book shows how the two face the last week of school facing parental pressure to pursue stable and theoretically more promising careers, which they definitely do not want. Jade is willing to do everything to pursue a career in drawing and also wants to be a less shy new Jade and live the special moments of life. It is at this moment that she and Lennon enter into internal conflict because both want to imagine that they can stand a chance with each other even with the opposite ways.

I found it cute how the writer traced their way and created a light plot where it shows the typical dilemmas of this phase and how when we find the right person, anything is possible. I fell head over heels for Jade and Lennon separately and as a couple too. I cheered them too much and found their approach beautiful and how they managed to open their hearts to the challenge of loving.

I loved the couple's pose on the cover but they just do not match the protagonist couple giving a message of a NA book when it's actually YA, they should have looked for younger models.
