    Review

Meredith is trying to start life in her hometown  with her daughter and a cute puppy after suffering a lot from the loss of her husband. Now she needs to build a new home for herself and Sophie. She never imagined that she would come across a sullen and ironic neighbor who insists that the cat that torments Meredith's dog is not his.

But Sophie and these fun pets will end up bringing this unlikely couple closer  and make the reader laugh out loud. I love books with cute, witty kids and fun, rebellious pets too. This book has everything I like: romance, children, pets, humor, a light dose of drama and a beautiful ending.

I loved the way the writer gradually approached the couple. The point of conflict surprised me and I loved the way it all worked out.

    Resenha
